Our Team
Doug Brown, Ph.D.
Founder, Inventor, PresidentAs a physicist and engineer, Doug brings three decades of leadership spanning advanced research and product development. After directing multi-university semiconductor programs at Sandia National Labs, he spent 30 years in semiconductor capital equipment — leading the development of the first 300mm high-current ion implanter and bringing platforms to market across plasma etch, Chemical Vapor Deposition, and sub-micron photolithography. He holds over 15 patents, taught at the University of Arizona and University of New Mexico, and has completed executive coursework at Harvard.
Dan Chadwick
Founder, CTODan is a serial entrepreneur and award-winning software engineer with a track record of industry-defining innovations. He authored FileMaker®, Apple's flagship database, and invented the Wang VS Multistation — the first minicomputer windowing workstation. He also created In Control™, a critically acclaimed project planning application. Dan holds a ScB with honors from Brown University.
